I began my journey in 2015 when I received a call from my future boss on a Sunday morning at 9 am. By Monday, I was sitting across from him in an interview, which landed me a position as a Website Sales Manager.
My role involved selling Wordpress website development and maintenance services in a small town in central Asia. Within a year, our agency had become one of the largest in the city, and I was promoted to head the sales department, overseeing three employees.
However, the local market became saturated, with over 24 website development agencies serving a population of just one million. Seeing this, we made the strategic decision to pivot away from local businesses and focus our efforts on platforms like Upwork. While this shift led to significant income, the constant demand of web development eventually led to burnout and frustration.
Recognizing the need for a break, I took six months off to recharge. During this time, I discovered Webflow—a game-changer that allowed one person to design, build, and optimize entire websites, including SEO.
Eager to dive back into the industry, I swiftly built my own website and began seeking new clients.
Today, I specialize as a Webflow expert, primarily focusing on website maintenance while also offering website building services to my clients.
My current ambition is to establish an international, cloud-based Webflow agency, offering comprehensive services in design, development, and maintenance.
